We celebrated our own, Ms. Bell today for Veterans day! She spoke with some 4th grade students about her life in the military and as a military spouse. Thank you for your service to our country and all you do for our students!





The competition cheerleaders came by this morning so that our LUES students can send them off and wish them well! Good luck at State!! We know you can do it!

Some of the 4th graders enjoyed a visit from a Veteran today. CMSGT Young spoke to the students about his career in the US Airforce.




Mark your calendars! Mistletoe on Main, sponsored by the Toombs County Schools Special Education Department, will be held December 7th from 10am-1pm at the Toombs County Ag Center.

LUES TURKEY TROT UPDATE:
Mrs. Harris- 3rd Grade is still in the lead, followed by Helms, and in 3rd place is Mrs. Stone. We have raised over $200 so far for Toombs Family Connections. Our goal is $250. Please vote for your favorite teacher by donating money. Each penny counts as 1 vote.
