This classic tale of Christmas will be presented at 6pm on Thursday evening November 30th at the Toombs County High School Auditorium. This will be one show only and seating is limited so reserve your seat today. Complementary tickets are available at the following locations: Lyons Main Street, Lyons City Hall, WYLU, Toombs County Board of Education, Altamaha Bank in Vidalia, GA 1st Bank in Vidalia, People's Bank in Lyons, and All Care Pharmacy.

LUES Turkey Trot Update: Mrs. Stone has taken the lead in the Top Turkey Teacher Competition. Mrs. Harris is in 2nd place, followed by Mr. Helms in 3rd. We are still working on our goal of $250 to donate to Toombs Family Connections.

Third Grade students have been learning about Veterans Day and created special artwork and presented to local veterans in appreciation of their service.

We celebrated our own, Ms. Bell today for Veterans day! She spoke with some 4th grade students about her life in the military and as a military spouse. Thank you for your service to our country and all you do for our students!






The competition cheerleaders came by this morning so that our LUES students can send them off and wish them well! Good luck at State!! We know you can do it!
